Joining AGRA.
Membership is open to adult residents and ratepayers within postcode 2159 who accept the association’s objectives and pay the prescribed membership fee. The constitution governs membership rights and the application process.
Annual fee.
The published fee for 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 is $10 per person. Fees are determined at the AGM and are due on 1 July each year. No separate joining fee is stated on the current Membership page.
Automatic renewals and account management.
The proposed online option is a recurring annual subscription. Before you authorise payment, checkout must show the amount, currency and exact next billing date. The committee must approve how automatic billing aligns with the 1 July membership year, whether any pro-rata arrangements apply, renewal notices and future fee changes.
Automatic billing must require your clear agreement. The final terms must explain how to stop future payments, what happens to membership after cancellation and how failed payments are handled.
Refunds and membership changes.
The committee must approve a refund policy and the process for membership changes. No refund entitlement, exclusion or cancellation effective date is asserted in this draft.
Existing members.
Existing membership and payment arrangements must be checked before migration. An existing member must not be enrolled in automatic billing without their authorisation.
